Is the Otherland House close to the main hotel building?

Indeed. Otherland House is attached to the main hotel building and shares a wall. It is located in the rear of the main hotel building and provides easy access to all of the hotel amenities, including the lounge, saunas, fire pit and the activity lawn.

What’s the capacity of The Otherland House?

The House sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. It works best for small groups who know each other well - families, close friends, a group of couples.

Does The Otherland House come with exclusive use of the property’s amenities?

All of the amenities - saunas, fire pit, lounge spaces, river access - are shared with hotel guests during your stay. Private sauna sessions can be reserved in advance.

Can we bring our dog?

Dogs are welcome. We ask that you bring a maximum of two, keep them leashed on the property at all times, and there will be a small pet fee at the time of booking. The 40 acres give them plenty to explore.

What’s the cancellation policy for The Otherland House?

Cancellations made 30 or more days before your arrival date receive a full refund. Less than 30 days, the booking is non-refundable.
