1. Locations and getting there
Otherland Hotel is located in Newfane, Vermont, nestled in the southern Green Mountains — roughly 2 hours from Boston and Albany, 2.5 hours from Providence, 1.5 hours from Hartford, and 3.5 hours from New York City. Mt. Snow and Stratton Mountain are just 30 minutes away.
2. Reservations
Rooms can be booked directly through our website. After reserving your room, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need for your stay. For group bookings, full-property buyouts, or private retreats, reach out to us directly and we’ll work with you to create the right experience.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out directly and we’ll do our best to help.
4. Pet policy
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Otherland. There is a $50 pet fee per stay, and we ask that you bring no more than two dogs per room. All pets must remain leashed while on the property, and owners are fully responsible for them throughout the stay. With 40 acres to explore, there’s plenty of room for them to enjoy too.
5. Check-in And Check-out
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Early check-in is available for a small fee — please reach out in advance to arrange.
